Where to get E6 film processed

July 1st, 2012
I've just finished my first ever slide film. It came with an envelope for "free processing" but I'm very loath to send it in that as this is a 2006 vintage film, and it's doubtful whether Fuji still operate from that address.
I have used The Whole Picture, for developing 35mm print film, and I've been very happy with their service, but they want £9 to just process this one.
Seems a bit rich to me. Can anyone recommend somewhere?

Sorry if this one has been done to death.....

Thanks
Howie

....man this shit is expensive. I paid £12 in Manchester for a roll of black and white, and I spent £9 at jessops for e6.
The best I ever saw was a guy on ebay who you could post it to, but I don't know how to find it again he charged £4 and posted it back to you. Fujifilm at Burnley in Lancashire is still trading, www.photofilmprocessing.co.uk I think.

@howiemarsh £9 isn't to bad, I'm paying £7 at my local for C41 and mainly shoot on film.

This guy is doing it for £8.00 but then the time you have paid for posting the film it ain't gonna be cheaper

Actually I think that is dude who was doing it for £4 before?

well check out the link then, because I get my stuff done with fujifilm and they're the best IMO. @38mm
Jessops is expensive and rubbish, the worst of both worlds.

@chewyteeth www.fotofilmprocessing is the website for The Whole Picture.
@38mm I did find a guy online doing it for a fiver, but I don't fancy sending it to Lithuania! my friend used Jessops a couple of years ago, the processing was fine, but the scan on the disc were dreadful low res rubbish.

Thanks for your input guys!

I have just discovered, that all Fuji Fujichrome (including Sensia) process paid film, can be sent in its original envelope, and will be processed free of charge. The company have moved, but Royal Mail will redirect to the new Leeds address.
Fujifilm Processing Laboratory
PO Box 136
Leeds
LS10 9BX

Excellent news for me! :)
