Hi Kelly welcome to 365 - If you want followers the best way is to start following some of the others on here - as you choose people to follow and comment on their work they will follow you - If you genuinely want people to critique your shots say so in the intro to each shot and people will oblige. There are incredibly talented and creative artists in this community and they really are happy to share their knowledge.
To find people to follow check out the browse button in the header and have a look on the "Popular Page", the "Latest Page" ,and "New Faces", Choose shots that really appeal or are similar to the ones you take or would like to take and check out that photographers project.
