Yes, its been that way all day, just be patient and try to reduce the file size. : )

Oh noooo not again. I have not tired yet today, but several of us had this same issue a few days back. Hope it gets straightened out soon for you.

Try signing out and signing back in, or reloading your page. It works for me when the system has issues. I uploaded in the last hour without problems....
