Change in sending pix directly from phone

Is there a change in how to send pix when traveling ?

I don't know - nothing's been posted "officially", and the instructions about Mobile Uploads on the "Upload" page of the site are unchanged, but it hasn't been working for me yesterday or today.

I wonder whether @Scrivna can shed any light on the matter?
