I have been doing this since May 2011, and have really enjoyed it. I'm not a talented photographer, but enjoy taking pictures to make a diary of my life. The past couple of weeks, I've hit a wall, and I am struggling to find something every day. Any suggestions on how to keep it fresh?
Hey Ceci... why don't you participate in one or more of the challenges? they kind of force you to think about photography a bit differently which might help get you our of your rut :)
I really enjoy the monthly challenges when I am having a hard time with subjects to shoot. There are no rules, you just do what you want, in order or not and it really does help. :)
Challenges are a great idea, cruising other peoples projects for inspiration too. I set myself an A-Z challenge a while ago (May 2012 365 album number one) and each day 'created' an image to do with the letter of the alphabet.
challeneges are fun. I am doing the september challenge and it is really making me thing about what can i take that no one else would think about take a picture of .. thats what I am doing.. and taking pictures of odd things really get there attention..
@northy@georgews@stude73@chriswang@mcrt@michellegaynor@archaeofrog@cheribug@superbeyotch Thanks everyone for taking the time to answer! I will look at the challenges, even if I don't join them, I can use them for inspiration. I just went back to work for the school year, and I guess part of my problem is that I have to get used to a narrower window of when I can take some pictures!
