Has anyone else noticed that there is alot of pop up ads lately.....attached to there coments?

I noticed a pop up at the side offering cheap canvas prints. Is that what you mean?

@markjohnstone I had that happen on my home computer. It is a virus!!! check recently added programs and see if there is one that you didn't mean to install.. Mine was associated with advertising.. had blue underlined words..

No ads here ~ I use a program called adblock on my google toolbar ~ FB is ad free too for me :-) ~~ and best of all its FREE

when I get a coment some words are blue and underlined if you run the curser over them you get an I phone pop up!!

Cheers Cheryl just checked and it was a bug called shoppersaver installed today ..I removed and now I am cooking on gass again...:-) cheers..

I have never seen an ad on here, which I'm very happy about. I've never done anything to actively prevent them.

@markjohnstone - because you are "ace" you should not get any ads at all, I believe... there were some people who had some security issues last year and were getting the "blue" links...

@scrivner may want to read about this.

Thanks guys as it turned out it was a virus picked up somewhere called shoppersaver i found it installed on my program list I've now deleted it and all is well..
