PICMONKEY PROBS

Anyone else having trouble saving their "masterpiece" on Pickmonkey today? I've wasted a lot of time editing the same photo only to hit a wall hen I try to save it. I tried rebooting my laptop to see if that would make a difference, but it had no effect. Is it only me or is this a ststem wide glitch?

I used it this morning and had no problem. What happens when you try to save your masterpiece?

is your Javascript disabled by chance?

I'm at a loss for what to do. I enabled the Javascript like @cameronknowlton suggested. No help. I deleted Pickmonkey from my favorites and then added it again. Still no help. As a last resort I did a system resore going back a few days and it still won't save my edited photos.

Anybody have any other ideas?

@cromwell Are you still having problems? The only thing I can think of it maybe try picmonkey in a different browser.

I uploaded a photo and thought about adding a frame to it. I opened it in Pic Monkey looked at a couple of frames and then decided against adding the frame. When I exited I noticed that the photo was labeled that it was edited by Pic Monkey

I've been having trouble saving lately. It hangs up forever. What seems to work for me is cancelling the save and then saving again. For some reason, It works for me on the second try.

@ladyjane -- I tried that, but the same thing occurs time and again.

@cromwell I just tried to duplicate the problem, and now of course it saves every time with no problem.

@cromwell I've had trouble saving in the past when using Safari as my browser. Now always use Firefox and never have a problem. Maybe try a different browser as @mittens suggests?

The vast majority of PicMonkiers use Chrome and they tend to have a far better experience with it. @jennpicmonkey Thanks, Jenn. Unfortunately my version of Mac OS doesn't support Google Chrome. However, I have no trouble when I use Firefox.
