I'm almost finished with my first year of this project (YAY!!!) and have made the decision to carry on into the new year. That being said, I only have a handful of followers and am only following a handful more than that. I really want to start the new year both giving and receiving a lot of feedback to see just how much I can push myself in the new year.If there's anyone else who would like to do the same, please follow me and I will in turn follow you. I can't wait to see where I am with my photography this time next year!
I'm now following you hun, will have a look at your project shortly :) I've found that by following lots of people I got a lot more followers quite quickly, not everyone follows back but hey ho.....I like seeing others work even if I don't have time to always make comments / feedback but do try my best! lol ;)
I'm coming to the end of year one as well, and will be continuing...I'm learning too much to stop! My stats look like I have a good number of followers, but I would think at least half of them are no longer active. Shall join the follow, followee train :)

Followed. I am close to starting my third year and just renewed my ace subscription. I am always happy to follow but don't always have time to comment, or follow back straight away.
I dropped out for a year, and now I am BACK! I want to follow more people to get ideas and see other points of view. I'd also like more followers- not just to glad-hand me, but to critique my photos and help me develop a better eye.
I do, my followers are dropping like flies haha...I think accounts that have been abandoned, a lot of my friends I started with didn't make it this far! My project is over in January as well :)
Good Idea! I have been here almost a year now, too, and have few followers. I'm always viewing tags and looking for those into feathers and fur! I spend my time commenting rather than thanking for comments made on my photos! Now, I don't comment on every photo from followers, just those that really make an impression on me. So if you would like to follow me, I will certainly follow you back; as you can see my numbers are almost always even!

Look for the discussions to post your "favs" and the best of your shots in the standard discussions. And as much as it sometimes is ego-deflating, ask for specific feedback in the 365 option. It is sometimes wrenching, but you will get superb feedback, and many "follows." And the advice, free, is invaluable.
I'm now following both of you! I'm a tad behind in posting - this past week has been a busy one. I look forward to comments and hope to learn from your advice.
