Best Firework Settings

Happy New Year's Eve! Since it is almost the beginning of a new year, most of us are going to see fireworks, right? What would be the best settings to se without a tripod? (I don't have one yet )

If you don't have a tripod just brace you camera on something steady, like a fence, wall, car, table, anything.

@welcometocarolworld I like those settings as well, another thing is to make sure you're on bulb mode(or it's equivalent).
One thing that I tried this past year was putting an ND filter on, this allowed me to capture multiple bursts in the same shot

@mgirard will do bulb next time for sure....no experience with nd filters...new list for 2013.
