Question about theme week

January 2nd, 2013
I just uploaded a picture for theme - roadscapes and copied the link into the tag area on the upload page, but I don't see it with the rest of the roadscape pictures, only on my page as my day 2. Is there a delay in it showing up under the theme week pictures or have I done something wrong?

@nebzphoto post it on the post maybe

If you click on Edit and then scroll down to tags. There you can write in theme-roadscape .It should show up then.

Keep the link out and just use the theme. Hopefully it works for you. & Welcome to 365!

@farrah Ok, thanks, I'll try that.

Hi Nancy,
Looks like you copied the link to the Tags Browser webpage ("http//:365.org/tags/theme-roadscapes"). The only bit of this link that you need to include is "theme-roadscapes" in your tags. Hope this makes sense. (Love your photo, by the way).

Thanks, I'll try again.

I got it to work, thanks all. But, I had to also change the date because you can only use the current date once. Thanks for all of your help, all.

@nebzphoto Nancy, that's right unless you upgrade to Ace membership, which is the small annual paid membership that gives you access to three albums for posting (along with a few other little perks!). Good luck with your project and hope you really love it!

You can edit your tags on your first photo so that you don't "double up" or take up space you want to use otherwise. The other trick is to post it in a past year's calendar. The EXIF info will tell when the photo was really taken so for any themes or competitions, it's still valid. If you don't know what the EXIF is, click the words view info next to it on your (or any other) photo page.

Just a note, if you use a past calendar, make sure to note when it was really taken, and for what theme or comp....that way anyone looking at it will know why it's posted there.

And definitely don't post it in the theme thread.
