This shot is on the AV setting with auto white balance. That's what I've always used. Why this green? I noticed it the other day too but it was a little darker outside. I assumed the lack of light was the problem. Any ideas? It's happening on all three settings in all light conditions. Auto settings are unaffected.
I must not have hit Post Reply when I typed this earlier... LOL (Don't get old...) Check your White Balance Correction setting. I believe it works with AWB set as well. It should be on or near page 101 in your manual. From the looks of the image, the WBC may be set to the extreme green bias.
@jasonparrish@gabrielklee Thanks for the response. @kannafoot You were right, page 101. I checked it on my camera and it's centered. Not on more one color or the other. If it were a sensor issue, wouldn't that affect all settings, manual and auto? I'm just so bummed. I don't have the extra money to send it out right now. And it could be something so simple that I'm just not seeing. Anyway....I'll keep fiddling. :)
You probably have a custom colour setting for these manual settings, on the LCD next to the shooting mode there is a circle off 6 (on my 450d) rectangles this is the picture mode where you can select black and white and custom modes, maybe you have changed the settings to be green biased?
On my 450d the bottom arrow button on the back of the camera I can change the picture mode not sure on your rebel, should be similar.

Never seen it happen in the auto white balance mode. Strange.
