Hey guys! I'm interested in if anyone here uses Canon PowerShot SX240 HS? I'm just curious to see what kind of shots other SX240 owners have taken with this camera.
@hauss Hi Lili .. I use a Canon Powershot SX230 HS... I'm very pleased with it though have to say it can't do close-ups like my old Canon Ixus used to before I wore it out with my project! Helge uses the SX240 HS - here's his latest shot. @helstor
@hauss Hi Lili, as Phil says, most of my shots are taken with a Canon SX240 HS. I also have a Canon 550D DSLR but I'm using it less and less because I always carry the Canon SX240 with me.
@hauss I shoot about 98% in Aperture Priority mode and use the exposure compensation dial to "fine tune" exposure. I also think the "Handheld Night shot" function works great for night shots.
@helstor I am currently at the stage where I've done so many experimenting that I understand that auto mode is good for nothing but playing with manual settings doesn't quite meet my expectations yet. Tomorrow I'll try to get more familiar with Aperture Priority mode. Thanks for your advice =)
