I just want to say thank you to all of the people on this community for being so openly supportive of aspiring photographers of all levels and walks of life. It's really quite inspiring, I suppose this thanks should go out to the creator of this site, too, so thank you @Scrivna.
Also, specifically I should thank @hjv, and there's some others as well. It's been very helpful, and I've been in a... horrendous funk lately. No need to create, no real will to do so.... I look at my cameras and my computer and silently chastise myself while complaining that it's too late and I'm too tired. I then retire myself to simply staring at my screen and playing some video game until I drift off into a sleep of discontented dreams.
I've decided I want to make art. I want to get out and roll around on the ground and photograph things around me. I figure that the best way to do this is firstly to tell myself that it will be done. Secondly, being apart of this community that has actually brought me back twice prior to this account. As soon as I'm able, I'm buying that Ace account to support this site and also, I figure once I have some investment in this I'll be less forgiving if I fall aside again.
So, in a too-long-didn't-read sum-up, thank you 365ers. You guys are awesome and just keep it up. :D
You'll love going ACE- it gives you twice the space to create, extra room to get involved in the challenges to help jump start the creativity if you enjoy them and it does give you added incentive when you invest in something. Wishing you all the best as you head towards your creative goals!
