hi I am sort of new to this and i would really like some followers and feedback on my pictures... i was wondering if there was a way that more people could see that im here.. :)
@ellatyler Hi Ella. I wondered the same thing as well when I first started. My first port of call was to look at the New Faces page here http://365project.org/browse/new-faces to see what other folks were up to and then Followed one or two of them... Then I hunted down a few people who made comments on their work and if I liked what they were up to then I followed them... Most people are interested to find that a strange person is following them so they might pop over and see what you are up to photographically and might follow back... That's how I got a few brave souls to come and visit! My next move was a lot more conscious - I decided to follow people who were more or less at the same stage of their project as I am because I want to see how they progress over the year. Also, making suitable comments helps too. I THINK I am just getting to the stage where I can make suggestions to people but I don't want to come across as hyper-critical - after all, not everyone likes what I do!
Anyway, good luck with getting a band of like minded souls (BTW - I've been following you for a few days now!)
When you follow someone be willing to comment on their shots. I think that would help them in wanting to follow you back and comment on your shots.
