Just a thought. There seem to be quite a few young people on 365 including my daughter. I thought if I started a thread maybe any young folks could comment on here and find other young people to follow. I know my daughter @amiko only has 5 followers and would really appreciate a few more comments on her pictures.
How young is young? I think maybe under 14?

Ah, okay I see what you mean. I only know of two: Lukey @lukeycraig is 11 and just started the project, and JC Vogt @365inthelifeofjcvogt recently turned 15, I think.
To me, young is 16 or younger. It depends and you cannot really say an specific age, at which age someone is not young anymore. The transition is smooth.
Im feeling a tad mean.. I gave my old camera to my 11 year old when i got my new one and he asked to do the project.. I said he was too young to be on the site.. He has still taken a photo every day for the last 32 days, ive just saved them for him in an album... Im not sure if he will keep it up now he is at school.. Congrates to all the young ones giving it a go x
I'm 15 and I have a lot of followers, but I try to follow as many young people as I can because I know how nice it is to have all of those helpful comments and appreciation! So if you do see a young person on here be sure to help point out the positive, it makes such a difference!
my daughter is 8, @rose123 and when she first tried this project (at 6), she was interested in finding other kids her age; don't know what she thinks now, but perhaps other girls her age will be an encouragement to her ;) @janesheriff@calx
Thank you for posting this thread. I sponsor a photography club at my school and I was not sure if they were too young to use this site. We start back up next month, so keep your eyes open for some young newbies in March!
