I see a lot of music added to the pictures and lyrics quoted. I just wanted to share this unique music from a guy in Australia. I hope it inspires you to move forward with your projects no matter where you are at this moment.
Dub FX is flippin' amazing. More highlights of his stuff include Flow and Love Someone.
He hit the studio a few months back and released some studio-produced stuff, but lacking the roughness of the street stuff it didn't sound so amazing. Very impressive guy all the same.
@eyebrows; thanks so much for the links. I haven't really been interested in music lately because it all just sounds the same and nothing really stands out but this has my full attention. ;-)
In that case Dorrena check out a guy named Beardyman too. He's more of a traditional beatboxer/impromptu comedian with it, than strictly musical like DubFX is, but he's still awesome to watch.
You're welcome :) Also, just so you know, adding the semi-colon directly after my @name is stopping the site from picking it up, so I'm not getting notifications about your replies. Seems you need to leave a space character after anyone's @name for it to be picked up
Wow this is awesome! I listened to all the links you guys posted and seriously want to go buy his stuff now. He has a great voice to boot with the music and sound effects. Thanks for sharing!
Yeah its a great technique (although I'm not so keen on the actual music of this geezer, its pretty average dubby trance nonsense - same old same old.)
This sample technique is pretty common now among lots of beatboxers. Its cool.

See him here in combo with Flutebox and here being more musical.
