To create a watermark that has decorative borders and such? I've seen some really beautiful watermarks on here and would like to create on for photo sessions. Any ideas people? Thanks all!!!!

I'm working on one right now so if I ever perfect it, I'll let you know! What editing program do you use?

An easy way is to create it in Photoshop and then save it as a brush. That way you can size it and place it exactly how you want to for each image, and adjust opacity to suit on an individual basis.

@jinximages thanks Jinx- I figured out how to do a basic one with just text, but I'd like to add some decorative designs like borders. Similar to this one:



Just not sure where to get those borders

It is an image with a transparent area... you just save the image, copy it onto your picture and flatten the image to a jpg... I would remind you NOT to put it on your original/back-up copy so that if you ever don't want it it can be removed, or move it off photo like:

If you are looking for a way to make some nice borders, may i suggest you check out stock images and brushes for photo shop off deviatart.com

They may help you come up with something great :)
