What counts for theme-water2?

I'm just getting ready to post my picture for today, and I want to add it to the theme for this week, but...it's dish bubbles. So, I was wondering if that counts for the theme? I personally, think it should be included, but I wanted to get some opinions on it.

Can you produce bubbles without H20? (this is a silly question but logically it may lead to the answer LOL).
I think you need water to produce them. :-))
