Sharing my good news!

I just found out that a proposal I sent to a local art gallery to exhibit my "abstract drip-on-a-whisk shots" was accepted! It's not a solo show, as my work will be displayed with five other photographers chosen for the exhibit. But I don't care! My work will ACTUALLY be displayed in a real live art gallery! I know it's not a big venue like Chicago or New York, but it's a real live art gallery! Can you tell I'm stoked?

Thanks to all of you on 365 for all your positive comments on my photos. It helped give me the courage to submit the proposal. Everything about this website rocks!

What size? I think this would look great huge like 20x30 or bigger... but small would be great too with a great frame...

Let's see....
1. I'm submitting12x18 prints of six different images, matted, and framed, and possibly on metallic paper - I haven't decided (although that would make them more expensive).
2. I believe there is an "opening night reception"; complete with booze and finger food.
3. I've already sold one of these to someone right here on this website :-) They'll be exhibited and for sale for a month at the gallery, so here's to hoping they all sell!
