Favorite Photographer?

Who is yours? I definitely have more than one, but Arno Minkkenen's work has always spoken to me. I find his work absolutely breathtaking, and the manner in which he produces his art-- placing himself (and others) in visually stirring and completely creative positions and perspectives--is stunning to me. here's a link to some of his work:

I would love to know who your favorite photographers are, and who inspires you.

p.s.~ sorry if the link comes out funny..i'm not the most adept at doing all of that fancy computer stuff!

Not sure if she's my fave - I don't think I have one - but Diane Arbus was brilliant. Her portraiture was amazing.

I honestly don't have a favorite. My favorite is whomever's image I see on any given day and it stirs my emotion.

@vikdaddy - Diane Arbus was amazing.

I have lots of faves, at the moment it's Nadav Kandar.

BP Fallon was probably the one who most influenced me in the early days of my picking up a camera. Incredible ways of capturing people, he has. He does a lot of music photography, with bands such as U2, Led Zep etc.

More recently, Mehmet Turgut of Istanbul has just blown me away with his high impact visual style.
