Camera been broken for a week now!
AND, It will get repaired by the new year..
so, no pictures will be added until then..
unless I use a friend's camera.
Obviously, I can't afford a new one atm.

That is a bummer for sure. As above, have you any old photographs you have not posted, you can even edit them and go all arty on them, just to keep up the album. If not, looking forward to seeing you in the new year.
Sympathies. However, it can be a great opportunity to review your old shots. When mine broke I got my P&S working and am doing the 365 project with that, keeping my older pics going on the 2nd album. Whatever, I've enjoyed your shots and look forward to more in 2011, by when I hope my camera is mended.
Easy solution - go get yourself a five buck disposable camera from Wallgreens or Target or something. That'll keep you shooting for the remainder of the year for little investment.
i went through the same camera repair issues a few months ago and was totally bummed about it....but ended up taking some of my most "popular" photos with my iphone! don't give up! but, if you do take a break, i'm lucky to still get to keep up with you on facebook so you'll never been far away :)
Dalia, that is such bad karma, I can only begin to think how you must be feeling. I agree with the other's comments about phone cam, and other photos.

Oh no! Can't have a camera during the holidays!!! I sold my old camera coz I wanted to upgrade so I didn't have a camera for a week...drove me crazy so I scrounged every nickel I had and bought a replacement...now I'm back to my old self. Hope you can find another one for the meantime...I really enjoy your pictures.
Aw, the LCD screen on mine's just died but at least I can still take pictures - I would be totally gutted if it died completely. Hope to see you back and kicking ass in the new year!
