I don't know if it is happening to you too? But for the last three days when posting photos instead of recognizing what date the photos were taken which are current it offers January 1, 2007. Are you having this problem? I don't know if it is a clinch with 365 or my browser?
Try checking the 'more detail' tag on the photo page. This shows the information that comes from your camera, just to check what 365 is receiving. Vikdaddy made reference this.
@vikdaddy Just checked my camera and the date is current. @ellida Checked the details and guess what it is more terrible - Jan, 1, 1970. That is before I was born!
@Emeraldboots OK you have the perfect alibi. I haven't any bright ideas at this point, but I'd love to hear the result if someone smart comes up with a solution.

Date Uploaded: 2010-12-10 23:50:33
the date taken is correct, but the uploaded info is weird. my computer time is correct. I wonder where Dec 10, 11:50PM came from. I guess it's the time where 365 servers are localized.
@jillpearce I am having same problem! So annoying and I also have a couple photos it won't upload telling me the date is wrong even though it is right. And it is not my camera - I have checked. :(
