LR3 & CS5 (Camera Raw Plug-in Help!)

Ok, so I am using LR3 and when I click edit with Photoshop.... I get this error message: "This version of Lightroom may require the Photoshop Camera Raw plug-in version 6.2 for full capability. Please update the Camera Raw plug-in using the update tool available in the Photoshop help menu."

I can't figure out where I am supposed to do this (in LR3 or in PS)....have done a search in the Help menu on both and nothing comes up.

Has anyone come across this before and know the fix?? Basically I can still edit in PS...but....I don't get to use all the PS functions.

Lightroom i think. I use Photoshop CS4 extended and it has complete raw compatability. But i don't have lightroom so not %100 sure.

I had to update my plug-in for CS4 has I have a newer camera. The link above should help
