When thanking everybody who commented on my photos, and clicking everyone's names, it often happens the page skips down completely, which makes it quite a slow process. Anyone in for a "Reply to all"-button? Maybe I'm just hairsplitting...but would be a handy feature, if possible...:)
Nah.
You reply each person individually,so they see that you apreciate each of their comments. Or else, people will snap one day and say "eh,I`m just another sheep in the crowd for her? Okay,I`ve had it,I`m unfollowing her!" /
I'm more for the not skipping back to the bottom option, because when I hit every reply-button, I thank people in a bunch, but also thank some people individual, because they have asked a question or I feel the nead to say something to them particullary.
The scrolling takes the most time for me.
But the other thing (reply-all) would help also, so anyway, I think it needs a solution of some kind.
Bump. Was going to post this as a suggestion. Don't know if Ross @scrivna ever saw this or commented on other threads about it. Would be a very nice feature.
This would be fine for the first time you commented, say 10 people commented on your photo, you hit reply all and they all get the message, what then happens when 10 more people comment and you just want to reply to those guys? if you click reply all it would include the previous 10 and you'd be replying to 20 people, 10 of which don't want it.
I also get the impression people would use it without thinking and peoples notifications would quickly get filled up with "thanks all 100 of you" type replies, which personally I wouldn't want.
