January 22nd, 2011
In regards to the 'view large' button... so the pic is on the black background... why doesn't mine work properly? It comes up but I am unable to scroll the picture down...the bar moves but the picture does not, resulting in me only seeing half the picture.
Is this happening to everyone? Or could it have something to do with my laptop?
Thank you.

Try using the magnifying glass above the picture you are trying to view. Is that what you are having trouble with?

@mattyb yes that's what I'm talking about...I press it, the photo pops up on the black screen...but I can only see half of it, it never lets me scroll down to see the other half.

It seems to work for some and not others. I also can't scroll down when viewing the enlarged photo.

mine works on my desktop computer but not my laptop. Someone mentioned in a previouse thread that it is something to do with how your screen resolution is set up or something like that

It doesn't work for me either - can't scroll down. I get the whole picture by clicking on the magnifying glass then F11.

I can only give advice to those who use Windows Internet Explorer: press F11, so the browser is in full screen mode, and then, when you view the image large, you see all of it.
