So, after completing my first 365, joining this community, and looking through everyone's photos, I realize there are many similar shots amongst what seems like a majority of us. The ones that come to mind are the moon and the keyboard (piano) from the side. What are the other quintessential shots that we all take as part of our 365's, and how can we differentiate them from the rest?
Feel free to post examples from your or others' work. Here's my keyboard shot.
Similar to the ring shadows, there are also the folded page book-heart shots.
The only one of these suggested so far that I've done is a moon shot, but it's not just the moon.
Also I think there are a lot of butterfly and dragonfly shots, which I am guilty of too!
There are bound to be similarities when so many people are doing this. I personally love to see shots similar to mine to see what I could do to make it better :)
Yet another keyboard!! But I wanted the picture to reflect how it is very much a part of our lives, hence my son and his music right there!!
I am fascinated by "Full moon" shots, how people get the detail, each are so similar and yet some are exquisite, some are quite... ordinary. I have yet to be able to master that, all I get is a white blob!!
Ah, yes, and light painting...

Most people have a shot of their converse shoes. When I saw mine I thought I needed to tell a brief story with them instead of have them stand alone.
I title this one : Can you fill my shoes?
a frosty dandelion:
or not frosty:
light painting - love it!
a sunrise:
or sunset/shadows:
can't forget reflections,
bees,
bokeh,
sun flare,
babies or reminiscences,
but maybe most of all our loves and joys!
