Another site for newbies

I just started getting into photography. I just point and shoot with my Casio Exilim. Also just got the oldest version of photoshop.........so I'm still a baby. :) Is there another site that you all could suggest where I can post more than one photo a day and get it critiqued?

flickr.com.......It's free (for about 200 photos) then $25 for the entire year to store as many as you want.
