One month down for me too. What a great month this has been. I cannot believe how good the 365 project is for me! I am looking forward to the next 11 months.
I have really surprised myself in having done good! I haven't missed a day yet. Though I did cheat 2 times and pulled a photo taking on a previous day, but everything has been recent.
One month for me too, and so far I have been strict and uploaded every day. It helps because I am doing another 365 on Flickr and some of the groups there are strict about what day or week you upload so it has been a good discipline for me.

Same here. It feels good to have one in the bag. I wish I could say that the first one is the hardest, but I have a feeling I'm going to really have to work at this all year.
