Soooo.....what do you do with your 'spare' photos? The ones that you didnt pick to be your photo of the day? I have FAR to much times on my hands currently, due to being off work with a slipped disc, and am overflowing with ideas. Consequently I have a load of photos I want to post somewhere.... I use Facebook (Loose Images page if anyone fancies looking) and am thinking of using last years dates on here.....but I'd love to know what everyone else does...
@pete21 I'm terrible at deleting! They are all backed up on a 1TB harddrive - which is fast filling up. So I have GOT to delete some...
@gill@vikdaddy@coolgirlsar I did have a FlickR account once but deleted it because I heard it was very easy to pinch photos....not that anyone would want to take mine I'm sure!
I have a 365 reject album on here, but am ahead of myself on dates...I assume I can use old dates from before I joined?
@looseimages It's just as easy to steal photos from here. At least the copyright rules are clear on Flickr, so you could argue you'd have better legal grounding on that site.
I just created my website and still designing it, planning to put all my spares in there. soon I will be sharing my website and showcase some of my other works. For now it's all in my hdd.
I delete all the shots I don't like and I file the rest. Exactly the same as I did before starting my 365-project.
I put the photos in appropriate folders (day/month/year) and add tags so that I can retrieve them easily if needed. I use Picasa for that. All the digital shots I took since 2004 are filed this way. I look through my old photos quite often :)
they all remain saved on my mac, and the ones i really love are put into my "extras" folder on here....one of the perks of having the Ace membership is more than one album, so i used it!!
most of them reside on my computer, or still on the memory card....the keepers and some others get uploaded to my flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/crazeelife/
if i like the spares, i have ace now so i'll put them in another album, but i've only done that a handful of times....
otherwise i just delete them...
I got a photobook made of all my extra shots so far and will probably continue to do this. I think it's a shame to have loads of decent pictures just sitting on the computer doing nothing. I intend to make a book of my 365 at the end too.

With regards to photos taken for 365, I keep a copy of ones uploaded and some that I can't bear to part with - all the rest get deleted!
