I'm currently uploading to my shutterfly website right now but noticed one of my images is over 10mb. Does this mean I need to shrink it to add it? would that not mean quality loss too?

Also, since @blueburn11 started this thread I have another question to ask about selling, sorry @blueburn11 didn't want to start a new thread for a silly thing but kick me off if you want to, lol. When selling your pics, do you keep your watermark on?

@kirsty1975 He he he No problem kirsty anything in my thread are open for everybody, we all have the same interest. Actually I'm still going to find out that if we need to remove our watermark since Shutterfly have the copyright watermark already, or the question is do buyers want the watermarks of the photographer on photos they want to buy? All my Photos I uploaded in Shutterfly for selling are with watermarks. ( by the way I'm not yet applying Pro gallery in Shutterfly because i still need to know a lot of things since I'm out of United States of America , but definitely I will once i figured iy t out my queries ) Thanks for browsing my photos Kirsty. regarding your Photo size i think you have to adjust your photo to fit.

@angel4fs - Faith Thanks for appreciating my work.

Have you looked into Smug Mug or Zenfolio? I'm in the process of updating my website - it's a bit of a mish-mash, and haven't started using the sales feature yet of Smug Mug. It seems like a great website with reasonable fees and customization.
My website (badly in need of work) can be found at: www.marlenechabot.com
I used Yola (a free website builder) for the main pages, and Smug Mug for the photo galleries.

I LOVEEEE shutterfly! I have made close to a dozen books for me and as gifts. i also do my Christmas cards, have a mouse pad, and made my husband his own coffee mug. All through special promotions~ I have only paid for shipping. Also have had a ton of prints made.
I keep saying I am going to order from somewhere else to compare quality, but so far I haven't yet- I have had my account for over 4 yrs now.

February 19th, 2011
@kirsty1975 - Kirsty Yes they do deliver all parts of the world including UK, except Nigeria and Indonesia ( just don't know why they don't deliver in these countries)
