Oh my. Some of those are such beautiful old buildings with such heavy damage. So sad.

@pennymilner Hope you weren't too close to this? So sorry for those in Christchurch who were affected. it is sad old buildings have gone, but so much loss of life must be numbingly hard to bear.

@miranda No I live in Auckland now Miranda but ChCh still has a special place in my heart. You're right buildings can be rebuilt but lives lost.............................incredibly sad. I do still have some friends in ChCh and they are safe thanks goodness but their homes are pretty shattered
