Was just playing flashback with some of my photos, and maybe it's just me, but I sense a definite improvement in the quality of photos I've posted just since beginning my project. Maybe it's all in my head, but it makes me happy to think that, so I'm going to think that. I'm very much a novice at this, and was wondering if any other novices felt the same - as though you're kind of soaking up all this photographic brilliance from all the amazing talent on here (asking lots of questions helps, I find). Anyways, if you do feel that way, take a second to post a Then and Now set of photos, one that shows how far you feel you've come since starting. I know I'm still in the early stages of my project, so it's kind of cool to think how much I can still learn on here!!

I still have a lot to learn but I notice my improvement from day 1 to day 214 as well as my preference on how my photos look after a bit of post processing.
@jeannine1125 Thanks:) I'm a wee bit embarassed by my first shots, but it's a learning curve, right? @shortperson2002 has blown me away with the difference in your photos however. I've seen comments you've posted before about how much you hate your first shot and it always makes me laugh - but the stuff you're putting out now.....crazy good!

@pwallis thank you so much! LOL I look back at that 1st shot and see so many things I would change. But I guess thats how we all learn and grow. Ive learn so much since starting this 365 project. I cant wait to see how it ends up :)

I'm a novice too and I definitely feel the same. There is so much to be inspired by in this group. I see a definite improvement in your shots and I hope the improvement I see in mine is not just my own wishful thinking!

It's funny because the other day I was thinking to myself how not long after I started my project, I made the Popular Page 5 times. I hardly get any FAVs anymore, let alone make the PP. Maybe people just aren't looking so much? Any thoughts?? Am I getting worse? =(
