Hi, I'm new, and in the absence of a help or Q&A page I thought I'd ask my questions here!

What happens when you complete your 365 days? Do the photos disappear and a new blank calendar appear? Is it just like any other day, or does something else (?!) happen?...

Nothing happens; just the percentage/progress thing disappears. Should you upgrade to ACE Membership, you can start a second year in a second (and third, even) album and get that back.

Ok...so unless I upgrade, it's literally only 365 days then, is that right? (like I said, if I make it that far)

the first thing.... get some sleep. if you are considering it, the nice thing about the ace membership is albums, stats, and it helps the site. i have used the picknic on several images i have sent to the site, it has come in handy.

They've been banging on my door now for three months and 12 days but I just get pizzas delivered through my window all the time so I never need to leave the flat, and I'm hoping they'll get bored soon and give up.

I could just let them in and show them I have no stairs, but that feels like giving up.
