This morning I had just clicked onto my project to read a comment , when I got another one , so I refreshed the page . I had noticed the views went up by two , I thought this was strange for a photo of mine that had been up since the day before , so I clicked refresh again , just to rid myself of the 'strange thought ' . But the views went up again , by one . I tried another umpteen times just to prove to myself that it was a coincidence , but each time it would go up by one . ''Oh I've finally made it to PP '',I reasoned , and quickly checked ... nope . So I clicked on the worst photo taken way back in March in my project just to prove to myself that it's all a coincidence .... but the views went up . So to humour myself I clicked and giggled away on my latest photo and bumped the views up a ridiculous amount to what they would have been normally . Yes , I am easily amused . Anyway , went to work and realised that was cheating because the sudden attention I'd just given my photo could have undeservedly landed it on PP or new faces . So came home with the intention of deleting it and uploading again , BUT its still counting my views ! I don't want to upload again untill the glitch is fixed , so no one will think I'm cheating lol . I am too scared to click on my project now haha . Is this happening to anyone else ? Please don't tell me its normal and I've just made an ass of myself for posting this ?
that doesn't happen to me. when i'm logged on to my account, i can go and see my day's posting any number of times and the count doesn't change even if i hit the refresh button (in fact just did that now and didn't change the number of views).
I did feel like I had superpowers for a minute . The giggling and clicking I referred to were more like a super villians evil laugh and the mouse was my controller of the universe BWAHAHA .
But really I felt really bad and I have now deleted that picture and uploaded again .
