Summer inspiration

May 6th, 2010
In Vermont the State Parks system has a great program called "Venture Vermont". The idea is to document yourself and your family or friends doing a variety of outdoorsy things. You get points for specific activities, and once you've reached 250 points, you can send in a CD of your photos as proof, and receive a free State Parks Pass for 2011.

While the majority of you do not live in the fabulous state of Vermont, I still thought that the "score sheet", with it's list of activities, might be a source of photographic inspiration for everyone this summer (or winter, I suppose, depending on where you are!)

Delia,
We did venture vermont last year and got the free passes. It is so worth it, we go to one of the three parks around here constantly in the summer. Are you going to do it?

Yep, we're certainly doing this. You guys are our inspiration to do so!!
