Are there any Harry Potter fans out there? I would like to know because I am a huge fan! If you took any Harry Potter related pictures please post them here! :) This part has nothing to do with photography- Has anyone seen the movie yet and let me know what you think of it, I saw the midnight premiere!! Please post your pictures and comments! Thanks! Oh, and I have a Harry Potter picture of the day too but I don't know how to get it on here so if you would like to see it check out my project!! Thanks!
@minxymissk Am I reading the ticket correctly that you paid 13.80 pounds to see the movie? If that is so, cripes! Full price for our tickets (3D) is R63 (roughly 5.65 pounds). And in reality I paid half that because our health insurance had a deal with the cinema for policy holders...
@meggageg haha wow Meagan! Thanks! :) Here are my photos from the actual premier I went to last night. Not nearly as humorous as the one posted above but definitely Harry Potter themed!
After taking pictures for the newspaper of various Harry Potter fans dressed up in costumes for the midnight viewing of the long awaited, much anticipated and finale flick, I came home to this scene. Even the moon seemed dressed up for the occasion. :)
@eleanor I'm afraid so, £13.80 for ONE ticket to the 3D IMax showing! Welcome to Rip Off Britain! Everything is so expensive here, the popcorn, nachos and one drink set us back another £12, hence us not going to the cinema that often!
@minxymissk@eleanor I don't know what the converts to in US dollars, but it's ridiculous here too. It's over $10 to go to a movie, and if it's in 3D, it's over $13! Ridiculous! If I drive over an hour they have a dollar theater. It's movies that aren't in the main theaters anymore, but still pretty current. If I go, it's to that one.
@triciaanddazzle £13.80 is just over $22....!
And if I drove an hour to go somewhere, it would probably cost me about the same in petrol to get there and back!

loving these pics !
im a massive HP fan , and have loads of ideas but alas im stuffed with no decent pc running that will take my editing software :( GUTTED ! hoping to resolve that soon tho (fingers crossed)
And then one on the day I actually went to see the movie (yesterday) - this one is of the Cathedral of Christ Church College in Oxford - the college, where they filmed the Great Dining Hall scenes and the staircase, where Tom Riddle stands. This ceiling doesn't feature in the films but imitates star patterns and might have been an inspiration to J.K. Rowling in my opinion...
I went on opening night & loved it. Never been to a film before & experienced such a buzzing atmosphere. Everyone was super-excited. I loved how much darker the final film was... @Aikiuser Would love to see a drive-in movie - too wet in England :s
@kmwilliams did a really cute one!

One for "The Deathly Hallows":
