Red X

Can anyone tell me why a Red X would appear in my calendar (August 15th)? I cannot figure out why it is there. I was just informed by someone that they could not pull up the photo, but yet it posted on my page.

Probably a corrupted file - can happen during upload.

I was going to delete it and upload it again, though I would lose my comments

I would search on something like "corrupt thumbnail" and if that doesn't turn up anything, email using an email address from the links at the foot of the page: "Support / Feedback / Contact."

There’s no thumbnail, but when I click on the blank spot the picture comes up. It’s the green turtle shot, right? It was working earlier.

you can copy and paste the comments if you want to keep them.. I thats what I have done in the past

in your thumbnail it is a blank , but when I click on it the pic comes up of the Turtle for Elizabeth... dont know why its not showing up for you.. :)

There is no red X on your calendar when I go to your site Rick, but I only get a title on that spot- Turtle for Elizabeth. When I click on the words the picture does come up. Not sure why it's doing what it's doing, but I am semi-illiterate when it comes to computers.

Oh and I did do an edit tonight on something that already had comments posted and they stayed, so I think Nikkers is correct.

as an ace member, you can edit in picknik - from there, you can choose a differnt pic (or rather, the same pic but altered slightly) and re-upload and save.. done it before and itt doesn't lose comments

I just clicked on the red X and the picture came right up. I agree with andy..that should work .

The thumbnails (both the small images) give an error 'access denied' which is very strange. There is nothing you can do about that. As an ace you should try what Andy C says. Otherwise ask Ross!

No problem with the picture, but no I can't see the thumbnail.

Hey, thanks for all the suggestions. I actually went in and editied the photo in Picnik and it worked. All comments were saved.
