Anyone know what happened to Nod @viranod of the every day masterpieces from Bangkok? Seemed like he was on the PP all the time and often posted 3 photos a day; now he's not posting at all.

I think he was getting a little burned out and was having a hard time keeping up the pace:( I hope he still comes back and posts occasional because he is so incredibly talented. It's a pleasure seeing his posts every day!

He seemed to get a bit frustrated by accounts getting deleted and burnt out since he was doing three photos a day. I do miss him though.

Yeah I've been missing his shots too! Especially because I'm going to Thailand next year so I love getting ideas from his street shots :)

Yeh, I totally LOVE Nod as well. A "problem" with this site is that it's become for so many of us (myself tops on the list) not just a daily log, but a daily work of art. I for one can't measure up to my own standards every day (I didn't post today for that reason) and I'm getting sick of presenting just ho-hum shots. But then I gotta remember it's not a contest, regardless of the pop page and faves people strive for. Hopefully this talented man will return soon, I'm a huge fan no matter what he posts!

Thank you guys and girls! I am fine, just lack inspiration still, and lots of work. I am taking a break for a while but have been checking in quite often actually :-)

I might have to change strategy to more relaxed posting and not too be strict to myself!

@viranod So good to hear. Will look forward to seeing your next postings. Many days I have trouble with the "pressure" i put on myself to put up one shot I feel good enough about every day - and I don't even make rules for myself about it having to be anything more than recent (within the last day or so) - I just want it to be worth looking at from my perspective. I think of this as an art project. I couldn't handle having to produce three such shots a day. So - I admire you not only for your artistry but for your productivity and good for you for seeking a strategy that works for you. You are an accomplished artist in your photography.
