I apologize in advance for what is about to happen...

Hi!

First of all, I hope it's not premature to say that this has been the most amazing experience. I have learned and grown so much! 365 Project has been a fantastic "photo class" for an amateur like me. In this past year, I have learned from others and have been able to see my photos with new eyes. I have learned the valuable lesson of self-critique (among other things) and I have benefited greatly from both observing (and being inspired by) other members' AWESOME photos, and receiving encouraging comments and suggestions on my own photos. In the last 12 months, I have purchased new lenses (50mm FTW!), tripods, gadgets and downloaded programs to improve even more in the future! What a wonderful blessing this site has been.

365 has been a true labor of love. It's been both a blessing and a curse to have to shoot and upload a photo every single day. I will admit that I cheated with fillers occasionally, but that was the exception, not the rule. What a great lesson in commitment and dedication! I have decided that after my project is complete, I'm not going to carry on with the "daily photo" thing. But, I will post from time to time if I think I have something worth posting!

Tomorrow is the last day of my 365 project. I want to be able to post my final picture tomorrow and have a complete project. That means I have to upload the remaining photos from July which I didn't have time to do before now, because they are from our 6-week road trip. To my followers: Please forgive me for flooding your news feed today. This will not happen again. Please bear with me. =)

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has inspired me on this site, to everyone who has ever commented or fav'd one of my photos, and to the people who are responsible for creating the site to begin with. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! It's been a pretty incredible year. =)
