Here in northwest Indiana, considered part of the "Chicagoland area," the week's forecast is for 70s and sunshine! For me, it can't get any better than this. Well, maybe the overnight lows could be a little warmer, say in the high 50s/low 60s.
This ideal weather makes me wonder what the week's forecast is in other parts of the world. Maybe you could just give us a snapshot from your mobile app or otherwise share!
While I have your attention, please tell me where these ideal conditions can be found year-round. I want to retire there!
Well, the forecast here this week isn't that great, we're due the tail end of some storm that you guys had last week apparently. But last week we had great weather, even reaching 29.9 on Saturday, the highest temperature on record for October. :-)
After days of rain, wind and cold weather here in my little top-of-the-mountain town in New South Wales, Australia, the sun is out this morning! Hoping it stays that way - for today at least :-)
We're at 95 degrees today in Tucson, AZ. It has really cooled down from last months highs (ranging from 105ish to 115ish). We had rain yesterday with our high being in the 90s and will probably get rain tonight and later in the week.
Funny, I just uploaded a picture talking about that...it's very warm here, but supposed to get very chilly very fast. It was a late summer but a chilly fall is coming in soon, I'm afraid!
Cape Town, South Africa: It's spring here, and very variable. Rain overnight, and beautiful blue skies this morning. But typical of this time of year, there's plenty of wind, and it's chilly: about 20 degress C maximum.
I have an album devoted entirely to photographs of the morning sky in Belfast ... taken in the same spot between seven o'clock and nine o'clock .... it doesn't change much from day to day.
@httpgeffed "Snow flurries were reported in Duluth, which recorded its first freeze this morning, as did Grand Forks, North Dakota" on Sept. 15. http://wapo.st/nQLTC1
On Sunday, a tv meteorologist had a multiple choice quiz which asked what city had recorded snow in Sept. International Falls, which I guessed, and Duluth, along with Green Bay and another city I can't remember, were the choices. With a little bit of research, I found the link above. I had to look because I couldn't remember which city it was.
:)
I'm hoping for more rainbows :D
Don't forget the umbrella.

Enjoy the warmth!
