I have taken a HUGE step in the past 3 weeks. I applied for a Federal Tax ID number and incorporated as an LLC for Terry Beigie Photography that will launch in 2012. I'm coding my own professional website and will get insurance in time for my first true photo shoot! I have started on my business plan, but I'd be more than thrilled to see/hear how any of you launched your professional photography business!
I'm planning to specialize in portraits--family, children and senior portraits. I hope to save enough for several new lenses before I try to take any wedding photography, but engagements would be fun!

Terry good for you. That is what I hope to do in a year or so. I want to learn more about my camera and just learn more everything. I keep taking classes and have a wonderful pro that I can go to anytime with questions and help.
