Thanks to all who shared their inputs and help me think why most of my photos can't be uploaded. I was able to figured it out why,
it is because my Adobe Flash Player is not properly Installed. I downloaded the Adobe Reader X and to my surprise all photos which been rejected uploading before are being uploaded.
I check the program of my laptop because it's new which i bought it last August were my problems in uploading takes place, then i notice that i only have the old Adobe reader. i compared programs with my other netbook and found out that one has Adobe Reader X and the other don't have. Now both laptop are uploading photos smoothly.

Thanks for reading and it may help you somehow when you experience the same thing as i am very disappointed and sad for almost 3 months that almost lose my interest in uploading photos.

@nikkers ha ha ha Thanks Niks, you know honestly i miss you, i will be posting some of my selfies way back august that could not be uploaded ha ha ha waaaaaaaahhh so it means my birthday project is not yet done at all, ha ha ha.
