Ok guys... So for those that follow me, know that I'm an Aussie gal taking the BIG (slightly scary) steps of moving to London. Biggest decision to date for this almost 30 gal. & to boot, I really don't know anyone here (eek!!!). So I'm looking to make contact with my local 365ers. Either to go 'shooting' with, have a beer with, gain any bit of advice from etc etc...
So give us a yell, let me know who you are... Would love to see who is out there that dont already know about - but also a hello from those I might know would also be nice...
Oh & lastly, any plans for fireworks shooting for Lord Mayor's show / display (whatever it is actually called) in a weeks time, Saturday 12th Nov? I arrive a few days before (AKA - just 4 more sleeps away!!!).
i live in Leeds about 200 miles away but seem to be down in London for work nearly every other week and regularly meet up with @andycoleborn, in fact probably will be next week and/or the week after for a photo/chat/beer with him if you fancy joining us?

I haven't been on a 365 rendez-vous before and would be good to catch up and meet with others too.
Any thoughts/suggestions of a suitable day if the 12th is not ?. I'm self employed so can be in London anytime.
I live just outside London in Essex so not too far although with the monkey monster and the little gremlin I don't get much time for anything else. lol Where abouts in London are you moving to? And good luck!

Sorry couldn't get to reply to you all sooner than this, as you can imagine the lead up to my big move this Wednesday has me very very busy!
As it's my first time to London / UK / Europe etc etc, so I've got no idea about anything! Once I find my feet I'll be fine, and luckily I was born with a built in GPS so finding my way around has never been too hard... but I'm not really the person to organise a get together other than to suggest maybe doing something... he he. Is anyone interested in meeting up Saturday night for the fireworks? If so... a suggestion for a time & place?
I already have a contact number for Nigel (AKA '9gpie'), and will hopefully have a new UK sim card / phone number on Friday. If you want to arrange a meet up, just throw me your contact details to my email: wade_katrina@hotmail.com and I'll be able to get in touch ASAP.
Looking at South West area of London for living and will be on the accommodation & employment rampage for my first few weeks there :D
Rich - it's funny with all your street shots & knowing you see Andy quite a bit I just assumed you lived in London! oops!
Aaron, - thanks for the invite, Friday for me though will be pretty much a mad rush all about finalising bank accounts, sim cards, buying a Jacket that will keep out the cold (otherwise this lil' ol' Aussie is going to freeze!!!). If you guys are around Victoria though at the end of the day, I could be swayed to enjoy a bevvie or two ;D
John - I absolutely adore your city architecturals, and would love to have you as a city guide!!

I'm afraid no doing for a few months - I've just had my entire spine rebuilt, so I'm mostly stuck at home. Would love to get out though - four walls driving me crazy!

Juliette has mentioned a PM meet, which I can make and I quite fancy seeing some fireworks later too.
I guess beers will be involved so I just need to book myself a train ticket. I need to do a site visit AM on Saturday and hope to catch a late morning/lunchtime train so I could potentially be in London around 1-2PM'ish.
If you want to suggest a time and a place I'm sure all the interested parties would be up for it. 9gpie
@wadey coooool!! I live and work in London (to be precise, I work in London bridge). I'm not gonna go down the route of "selling" how wonderful London can be, since you're already moving here lol.
And I'm certainly going for the Lord Mayor's show and fireworks display, and will be cool having a fellow 365'er as well - going with another mate of mine who got me into photography. Definitely going to be fun!!!

Yeah i'll be there! I'm 25 mins from the london eye and i can come along anytime after midday although i've gotta leave about 5ish, let me know when and where to meet you guys and i'll come along - might bring a friend if thats okay! x
