I met @wadey@sparkle@jonnhyfrs and @izzymathie yesterday in London, which was a great day and discussions evolved for another meet before christmas if possible.
Selfishly, I'm only available on the following dates at weekends, which i assume most people could be available:
w/e 26/27 Nov
w/e 3/4 Dec
w/e 10/11 Dec
or 23/24 Dec (Fri/Sat)
However, since I am self employed I am flexible to commute to London anytime; so suggestions are welcome.
The meet took place at the Mulberry Bush, followed by a looped tour around London Eye, H of P etc. Regrettably @izzymathie has to depart at around 5'ish.
A few beers were consumed in the Westminster Arms, where we huddled around our cases and coats, a bit like the ladies in a nightclub I guess; all sorts were discussed with great banter.
Anyway, @jonhnnyfrs dropped his lens cap :0.(a had to be there moment to appreciate the humours' context), @wadey shared her half pint of cider and I nearly knocked my pint over, following's wadey's excitement where she spotted the pub had an original telephone number '365' back in the days where 3 digit numbers were normal.
In light of the fun shared it has been discussed and a contractually binding agreement was formed (by clinks of pint glasses of course) that it would be great to officially nominate the Westminster Arms as an official 365 meet where AGM's (or at least quarterly meetings) could be held to share and compare and talk nonsense.
After several pints, the tour of the area continued in not so great lighting, only to produce a series of shaky stills (...for me anyway). @sparkle regrettably had to leave, so the remaining hardcore members (well, 3 of us) finished back over at the Mulberry Bush for some nosh.
So in light of this super day......'Who's up for it?'
Please issue preferred dates as soon as there is only 6 weeks before crimbo and it would be great to meet other 365'ers.
Maybe...would love to but not sure about any of those dates, already definitely couldn't do the 3/4 or 23/24 Dec. Will be down at least twice before Xmas but in the week unfortunately...
Just a quick note from me right now via my mobile to say, I'm looking at being in Germany for the 3/4th DEC... so im out for that one.
But I'm free other than that date... You know I'm up for it!

I would love to make it to a meet, I think the weekend of the 26/2th Nov would be best for me but it would depend on the price of train tickets and possibly a hotel room.
Although if there are any Midlanders who would prefer a MIdland meet (Birmingham Christmas Market maybe?) that could possibly be arranged as well.

Would love to come along; can do any of the December weekends (but would prefer to not do the 23/24th if pos), but definitely can't do the Nov one as even though I am in London I'm at Top Gear shows for the two days.
Great idea but I dont think youre gonna get a date that suits everyone. I know I can NOT do the 3/4 or 23/24 but would really prefer a weekday evening meet up - everyone has their own preferences so pleasing everyone is going to be impossible. I work at Trafalgar Square usually 5 days a week so any lunches, or drinks or shoot after work is fine with me, small groups or larger groups - not fussed :) :) :)

As a process of elimination it appears the w/e 10/11th is a favourite. It so happens i'm in Ham that weekend, so I can make Saturday quite easily and Sunday at a push.
I am in fact in London next Friday 25th too, so if anybody is around for a beverage and some shutter flapping, i'm up for it.
@sparkle has mentioned that a Leeds meet is being organised on the w/e 3/4 Dec, which I may attend, dependant on the other half's plans; if so, I'll get chance to meet the infamous street capturist @rich57 :0)
So, to foreshorten the preference....is it gonna be Saturday 10th or Sunday 11th?

the 17/18th is the only weekend date i'm unavailable; however, in order to maintain majority numbers and for most to have the fun, i'm suggesting for everybody to go for the 17/18 dates instead (assuming ya'll can do) and i shall miss this event on this occasion.

@9gpie - can do either weekend, but can't do Fri 25th after all as I'm going to Top Gear Live. With regard to the weekends, the Sat would be my preference, but I could do the Sunday.

As for the 10th depends what time you all leave, as I will be working in QVS, just round the corner from 365 boozer, but it has the potential to be the whole weekend, go in sat morning and come out mon morning type job.
So potential for 10, and deffo for the 17/18. I will go with the flow, there will be more meets.
As for Friday I think you may have all gone home by the time I get there! Hmm unless I swing a meeting over that way at lunch time and it (cough) "lasts all afternoon" :-)

for those of you have expressed an interest tentatively or definitely, i'm just confirming Saturday's (10th) meet at the Westminster Arms. Having spoken to Juliette on Saturday in Leeds, it was suggested that 11am was a bit 'early', so how about 12noon?
For those of you who are local to the 'south', you may have friends/followers that i do not know know about and would be delighted if you could persuade other 365'ers to come along.

I'd been planning on making it to the meet this Saturday but I've finally been able to arrange a time to see one of my old School mates (we have been trying to organise this for weeks!!!) and it's got to be Saturday because it's for a birthday do for her that very day :( sorry that I can't be there.
