I uploaded several photos yesterday... and each of them only has 0-1 views. I would just think people hadn't been looking at them, except I know I signed on and viewed them from a computer at work yesterday (under a friend's 365 name)... and they had more views yesterday! Can someone kindly view a few of my recent photos to see if it "logs" your view? Thanks!
Just viewed your latest 4, one had seventeen views, the other three had one and two views. They had increased by one view when I went back in. Hope that helps!
Yes, the one with 17 views was counting correctly... the others (from 11-20, 11-22, 11-29, 11-30, and 12-2) are the ones that had 3-4 views yesterday, and just a bit ago only had 0-1 view. Odd.
@faeriequeen - and thank you for helping me figure this out! I just looked now, and the views are going up... guess whatever happened yesterday was just a glitch. thanks again!
In case you aren't aware, if someone views from their main home page, and even comments, it doesn't count a "View" unless they click on the image to view it in its own page. So you can have 11 comments and 6 views if people are happy to look at the thumbnail and comment without clicking into the larger image.
@mikew - thank you Michael - I did know that... and I've seen it on my pix before - in this case, though, the actual view count had gone DOWN on a few pictures - but only the ones I posted yesterday... never had that happen before. IDK. Not that it really matters! LOL - just curious if it was still doing that!
@reba - I wasn't worried exactly about the views being down compared to normal... I've been very sporadic with the project since I "finished" my first 365.... so my views are down cause I'm not on here much - and thats totally ok. It was just really weird that those exact photos had less views than they had had the day before! But it seems to be fixed now :)
