I've nearly done 11 months now and for various reasons I've got 10 blank / empty days in my 365.
Should I back fill those days with Images from the same month or shall I just finish my 365 10 days late?
I am tempted to back fill those days as I will then complete on the correct day.
I know it's not the best of discussions to errr...discuss...but I was wondering if anyone else has 'back filled' ...I have took 'shed loads' of images for this project, so I won't have difficulty filling those blank days !!
Well now.....lol...yes its me again......I want to finish my 2nd year at the end of december and have it say the right number of photos. Like you I have plenty that never got posted and I have half a dozen or so spaces to fill. Let's back fill to our hearts content!!
@Cherrill right cherrill, if it's good for you , it's good for me.....back filling it is then....it will probably take me all christmas to fill my 10 days but I too want to finish on the right day :)
LOL Phil, i'm going to say you need to get in a time machine and go back and take the days' shots properly!!! :o) Look forward to the gems you share with us...will you be going on to year 2??
Yes sometimes we have to just put a hold on the photos for a day or so and I am currently trying to catch up too. I am going to be trying to fill with photos of the correct date or one behind or one after. Agreeing with the Comments too.
@sparkle juliette, thanks for the kind words, i've got until the end of Jan until I finish, so a 'year 2' decision doesn't need making until then.....I've found the run in to the end of my project hard...but that may be because of the short days and dark nights...I do like the camaraderie and banter on here though :)
@phil_howcroft funnily enough I found the most difficult parts of the project half way through and the last month! These dark days don't help...but the holidays mean we'll be out and about more and also the days will start getting longer - happy times all around!

I haven't seen the Supreme Court considering it unconstitutional...yet. I don't see Ross Lobbying them yet. Then again, he is across the Pond. Check with Parliament.
It's your project! Personally, I would feel like I was cheating a little bit if I added a photo to a day that the photo was not taken; however, with that being said... I think that having too rigid a mindset on these sorts of things will make you go crazy and look a bit like you have a personality disorder! Life happens and I would not let a hobby project get in the way of life!
I basck filled a whole month when I was a newbie and finished my project a whole month early - not on purpose. If you've got gaps fill them in. The OCD sufferers in the community urge you - fill them in!
@httpgeffed - Colleen, once upon a time, I did take a selfie wearing a pair of overalls, carrying my pitch fork and holding my chook under the other arm. It didn't make the project that day. Probably found a cute frog instead.

however (v1.1): now i have only 3 shots to end 365, and i don't want to finish on xmas day! so now i'm sort of waiting in 365 limbo cos i want to do a 'good' last photo... who knows!
pretty sure i will go ace and dip in and out of year 2..
