Hi, My name is Justin, i'm your average boy, trying to find his place in this big bad world, i thought i'd start a project 365 this year because i do alot of traveling and thought i'd share my travels and life with yall.. :) just thought i'd introduce my self to the community, what're some of your inspires to keep your self motivated to keep on top of 365? :)
Hi Justin! The weekly themes on here are great. There are also multiple other weekly/monthly themes that are coordinated by members of the site that will probably help you along throughout the year. Find people to follow, comment on their photos, and you'll get inspired real quick around here! :) Welcome to the project!
Hey Justin! Nice of you to join us. ;) I just completed a year of the 365 project and I'll admit it wasn't always easy! What helped me, though, is making sure I take my camera EVERYWHERE, so that any time a great picture presents itself, you're ready!
Thanks for the tips! i just bought myself a Kodak easy share c1450 over the Christmas black Friday shopping deals, i always plan on using my camera, but mostly my phone to upload pictures, because i always forget my camera :-\ i need to get in the take my camera everywhere with me mode..
Hi Justin and everyone! I'm new too and similarly thought it would be great to start 365 as when it was introduced to me by a friend I thought it would be a perfect way to document a lot of stuff I have coming up this new year and maybe a way of getting into a wee bit of photography! I am currently debating whether to start a new trend via wearing a camera as a neclace so I don't forget to take pictures! Any tips for newbies? :)
i need to do the same, because i always forget my camera and there are so many times i want to take a picture of something and just my luck.. my phone is dying or dead..
Hiya Justin! I've just finished my first 365 and I'm carrying on! I kept myself motivated by keeping my camera with me all the time (even if it was only the one on my phone) and making sure I kept taking a picture every day. There will be hard times, but if you keep going the feeling of achievement is immense :)

@gmf22 Grace, you will learn SO much this year without even trying :) If you follow people, read the discussions and keep taking photos it will be an amazing learning curve!
Karen, thanks for the fresh invites :) i'm excited to share all my travels and keep the memories fresh.. there are just times that i feel so lazy because i also work alot, i hope i can keep my self motivated to keep going..
@boycotting Welcome to the most fun community there is online! I have been doing this project for one year now and I, too, "need to get in the take my camera everywhere with me mode." I almost always have my iPhone and used it to take at least half of my pictures this past year, but I really want to get in the habit of carrying/using a regular camera this year for more of my shots... and to learn more about the settings and shooting in manual mode.
