@harley84@harley84@psp365photos You can only download them one by one. With Ace membership, you also get access to the original file you uploaded to the 365 site and you can download it by going to each photo page, clicking More Sizes where you'll see the link to the original image file.
That function alone has been worth the cost of my ace membership :-) I've lost a few along the way as well that I could fortunately restore from the site.
Hi, as @raymond Ace members have access to the original files, there isn't a "download all" feature due to the way the photos are stored. I would recommend keeping all your photos on your own computer and securely backing them up.
Not to divert the conversation but...you might want to think about backing up your images. I can't imagine losing my work and most of it is not online. A decent hard drive can be had for very little money and will save you a ton of grief!

My situation is not that I no longer have the images. I have them all, and a really great backup system. I would just love to have a CD with all 365 images in the order that I uploaded them as a memory of 2011. I feel like I put a lot of time and thought into making my album and think it would be great to have. That's all. Happy New Year!
I've only just started, but in preparation I've got a folder on my computer that is called '365 Project'. In it is exactly what I upload, so come the end of the year, it's exactly the same. I'll back it up externally every couple of weeks (hopefully!).
That's a great idea. If I had known that I wouldn't be able to download the whole project at the end of the year, I would have done that. I'm not even finishing my last week of the year now, and definitely not starting a new one. I would be willing to pay for a CD of my year in photos. It really meant a lot to me because it was my first year as a paid "professional" photographer. But, you know what they say about hindsight. Anyway, you have a great plan! Enjoy!
