Did I Miss Voting on Urban Decay?

What am I missing....other than voting?

When you are voting, it is actually a week "behind" so to speak - like this past week, we were voting on "hands" even though the week's theme was "urban decay" - this week wed-sat (or something like that) we will vote on "urban decay" while we're working on the peace theme... HTH!!

@ JA - i haven't had the time to view all the urban decay photos yet, so don't have a top 5. What I have seen are very good, but I am hoping the chosen final 5 will be true 'urban' decay (cities, not country shots) in keeping with the theme. Sadly, there is a lot of urban decay in this world.
