Nothing has happened in the field of technique challenge. Will it be revived?

Looks like the last one was #38 for which votes were cast but never tallied:

The host of the Technique Challenge #38, Kathyrn Macaluso @katymac80, hasn't uploaded a photo in the last 10 days, and the winner (by my tally) of Technique Challenge #38, Kristen @krenneker, hasn't uploaded a photo in a month. The runner-up (again, according to my tally) was Nancy @nap101, who uploaded 3 days ago...maybe she will be willing to host #39?

The winner hasn't posted in a while - second place is @nap101 so you have 3 days to acknowledge that you will post a new challenge within a few days. If second place doesn't post respond within 3 days (by May 3rd) then it is up to you Kriema!
